Victor’s parents ground him when his grades begin to slip. Victor is later gravely hurt when, while arguing with his mother, he tosses some chemicals into the room, causing his mother to die. Silas then saves Vic’s existence by implanting cybernetic implants inside him. He eventually joins the Doom Patrol as well. The part of C was played by Joivan Wade.
