If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once your order is confirmed via email, the 24 hour cancellation period begins immediately
  • Cancellations requested within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund with no deductions

After this window, your order may already be in processing, and cancellation may no longer be guaranteed.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Briefly mention the reason for cancellation

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send you a confirmation email.

Refund Process

We aim to keep refunds simple and transparent:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours qualify for a 100% refund
  • Once your cancellation is approved, the refund is initiated within 24 – 48 hours
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.

Please note that actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

However, you still have options:

  • You may request a return under our 30 day return policy
  • Once the item is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly
