30 Days Return Policy

The Movie Fashion is offering an easy return and exchange policy of 30 days. If you have any queries, you can simply contact our customer service representatives who respond within 24 hours. After 30 days, no returns would be entertained.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, you must make the request within 24 hours after placing the order. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, the whole amount will be returned to the account of the customer, whereas, if the customer wants to cancel his/her order after 24 hours the following conditions will be followed.

  • 30% would be deducted from the customer’s amount if the cancellation is made after 24 hours.
  • There would be a direct deduction of 50% from the amount of the customer if the cancellation is made 3 days prior to shipping.
  • After 3 days of an order confirmation, no cancellation would be entertained.

Exchange Policy

If the customer wants to exchange his/her jacket with another size, we exchange the item without asking for any additional amount, but the customer is responsible for paying the handling and shipping cost that will count on the weight and size.
If you found any defect or size, color or design issue that is made from our side, the exchange and return policy are validated in that case. You can contact us through email, share the details along with a picture within 7 business days with us, our customer support representatives will get back to you to update you about the returns and exchange process.

Return Policy

  • Return and exchange would not be entertained while you are ordering a similar product in different color and size.
  • The return and exchange policy is not applicable for custom orders, thereby, we request our customers to share the exact details.
  • In case of a return, the return handling and shipping cost is bearable by the customer that rely upon the size and weight of the jacket.
  • If the tags are removed from the product, no returns, exchange or refund would be entertained.
  • The return, exchange, or refund request made after 24 hours of receiving the item are not acceptable.
  • Before sending you the item, our quality control team check the color, sizing, quality of material, and stitching of the product. But, if still, you have any issues you can highlight the errors and email the picture at the given email address.

Custom Duties

We do not charge shipping cost to our customers. However, every country has different customs policies, and these would be manageable by the customer.
